Bug#147189: tetex-extra: two different versions of SIunits.sty

There are two different versions of SIunints.sty, the old one in
/usr/share/texmf/tex/latex/misc/, dated Apr 10, 1999, the new one in
/usr/share/texmf/tex/latex/SIunits/, dated Sep 24, 2001. Since the old 
file is lacking some functionality, and since it takes precedence over
the new one, this is bad.

Resolving this bug is simple: Just remove the old file.
