Bug#146803: tetex-extra: iso88595.def has a mistake in the set

This file had wrong cyrillic sign for Serbian CYRDJE and CYRTSHE as upper and small letter. The bug makes LaTeX unusable for Serbian cyrillic without modifications. This is the diff:
