Bug#146438: tetex-base: bibtex deals badly with \% at a linebreak

I forgot to mention another alternative to the bst files I did
mention. Patrick Daly's custom-bib package (included in
tetex-extra) allows you to create your own bibliography style
files.

Run TeX on makebst.tex
(/usr/share/texmf/tex/latex/custom-bib/makebst.tex), and answer
the questions, starting by specifying merlin.mbs as the master
file.

Eventually, you'll come to

   <<URL ADDRESS: (without REVTeX fields
(*) No URL for electronic (Internet) documents
   (u) Include URL as regular item block
   (n) URL as note
   (l) URL on new line after rest of reference
     Select:

   \ans=

which will allow to specify what the style should do with URL
fields.

You'll probably want to read the documentation so you know what
the questions you're answering are really asking about. (``texdoc
merlin'' should do the trick.)
