Bug#132740: kpsetool: Missing manpage symlinks for kpse{which,path,expand}

kpsetool is symlinked from kpsewhich, kpsepath and kpsexpand, but not
manual page is provided for these commands.

I suggest that you symlink the kpse commands to the kpsetool manpage.
