Bug#100895: Please compile tex with --enable-ipc!

Please consider compiling the tex binaries with --enable-ipc. enable-ipc is
a small feature that allows TeX to communicate with DVI viewers, in order to
allow an instans update of documents when they have been modified.

A sample application for Linux that uses this is Instant Preview
(http://www.activetex.org/), which is an Emacs add-on that updates an xdvi
preview window while you're typing.
