Bug#66634: tetex-base: dpkg: error processing tetex-base (--configure) [Error: kpsewhich cannot find file fmtutil.cnf]

The result of the output is:
TEXMF={/homes/noah/Tex-Stuff/local,/usr/lib/texmf}

You should note that at this moment I have tetex from Debian 2.1 installed.
