Not directly to the patch sorry. The fixes are part of alsa driver 1.0.8, which
have been included in 2.6.11-rc2. Current alsa cvs has switched to using the
compat_ioctl method.
The most important changes are to the sound/core/ioctl32 dir, but i don't know
how easy it is to backport them to older kernels..
