Unable to install debian on SunBlade 150

Hi!

I've been trying really hard to install Debian on b150. Making this long
story short: I came to a point where I can make it successfuly boot till
VFS: Mounted root (ext2 filesystem).

message using either official CDROM or booting from official
rarp/tftpboot or from Ben Collins's tftpboot.img (which has this
advantage of booting quicker and w/o "hda: Lost interrupt" messages).

Before today I suspected that it's the console which is causing all
the problem because the last messages I saw were "Warning: unable to
open an initial console". So I found an null-modem cable and booted
with it. Effect was still exactly the same though both input and output
were done thru serial. Booting from CD doesn't give this warning but
it hangs on "VFS: Mounted root..." anyway. So I am starting to doubt
whether it's console-related problem that stops me.

I've read a lot of ML archives of both linux-sparc and debian-sparc
(and for ex. found the "-p" option w/o which it was hanging right
after "Booting Linux...." message) but I am still unable to make
it boot successfuly at least till the installer.

I am attaching boot log as catched by minicom.
Tell me if I can give you any other useful information.

I'd be very grateful for help.

PS: I really want to ripe Solaris off this station.
