with a fix for the ptrace security hole:

I have built kernel-image-2.4.17-s390_2.4.17-2.woody.2.1 and 
Gerhard Tonn has signed and uploaded them to 
http://people.debian.org/~gt/kernel/. They should also appear
on security.debian.org soon.
