I don't see any problems here as well. The last upload made apt-listbugs use
`ruby1.8` explicitly instead of just `ruby`:
apt-listbugs (0.1.6) unstable; urgency=low
* modified shebangs in order to force the use of ruby1.8, until the package
supports ruby1.9.x
