Looks sane to me, other than the init_is_upstart inlining in the udev
init script I mentioned on IRC.  I don't think we need to review the
upstart-specific bits, so I mostly looked at the changes to sysvinit
things; modprobe vesafb in udev-fallback-graphics.upstart feels icky
though, but that shouldn't be a blocker.
