Sure. But that was not my intention. I wanted to express, that typo3 is
leaf package and there are no checks neccessary, if other packages are
affected by the changes made. I assumed that this would simplify the
review process.
I do not think, there would be any breakage in the package.

These are changes from upstream, as 4.5.17 is a bugfix only release
of 4.5.x branch of typo3. 4.5 is a long time support version of typo3
that gets bugfixes until April 2014.
