no, that means doing a new build (libmediainfo_0.7.52-1+b1) to get a
package *re*built. What happened here is a FTBFS (as mentioned in
Subject), which means the package didn't build, and can't be rebuilt.

But it can be retried, also known as given back:

  gb libmediainfo . s390

and I just did that, so closing this bug report.
