Bug#619117: marked as done (perl 5.12 transition)

Roughly how many packages does the move to 5.12 involve, and how many
would need source uploads?

One casualty (besides the removed packages to make some space in
testing) is libsvn-perl and its reverse dependencies on kfreebsd, which
are now uninstallable.
