oh ffs.  apparently you also uploaded a SONAME-bumping openigtlink.
Please don't do that kind of stuff without coordination.  In particular
when it's going to intersect with an ongoing transition.  In particular
when you're aware of that (which you obviously are, since you just sent
mail about the vtk transition).

Any other things we need to be aware of but you didn't bother to
mention?

Sorry, I didn't see that uploading openigtlink could be harmful. Is there a transition howto somewhere I can follow?
Anyway, the rdepends igstk and slicer have to been patched due to compilation errors on some archs. I will fix that.
