Hello,

I've prepared a small transition of some libs to new upstream
versions, to be completed before the transition to OCaml >= 3.12 (not
yet planned). I've documented it at the end of [1]. It will involve
some binNMUs and Britney hints, but won't be as complex as a
full-blown OCaml transition. Unless there is a strong objection, I'm
planning to start it this week-end.

Cheers,

Done now. why had to be removed because it's involved in gmp3 → gmp10.
