Please unblock package jackd2

This version contains a small but important change: libjack-jackd2-dev now
"Provides: libjack-dev".

Without this change, compiling packages with libjack-jackd-dev2 installed would
require to override build-dependencies (dpkg-buildpackage -d). Likewise, apt-
get build-dep $some_package would pull in jackd1 via libjack-dev, thus
switching the jackd installations (removing jackd2).

So we're basically giving the user the freedom to compile with every available
jack implementation.

This issue has been discussed multiple times on pkg-multimedia-maintainers,
e.g. here

   http://lists.alioth.debian.org/pipermail/pkg-multimedia-
maintainers/2010-October/013321.html

Note that the actual diff between jackd2-1.9.5~dfsg-19 and jackd2-1.9.6~dfsg-1
is rather small, it's only Debian-internal housekeeping. Particularly, only few
source code changes have been made. We already shipped 1.9.5+svn4036, so the
larger debdiff is caused by dropping the svn4036 patch and switching to the new
1.9.6 upstream tarball.

Upstream's 1.9.6 corresponds to r4046:

   http://trac.jackaudio.org/log/jack2/tags/release-1.9.6

Between r4036 and r4046, there are the following changes:

   http://trac.jackaudio.org/log/jack2/trunk/jackmp

r4038 is our Debian fix anyway, r4039 and r4043 are for OSX (obviously, we're
not compiling this code), r4045 is for Win32 (same story) and r4046 is
cosmetic.

So the only real change is r4044, and that's fixing
<https://bugs.launchpad.net/kxstudio/+bug/619014>, so it's nice to have.

For your reference, here are the specific commits to our VCS that cause the
debdiff to grow without altering the unrolled source (quilt push -a):

Gah... I forgot¹ that I computed the diff with patches applied on both
sides.
So, I guess those patches were included by upstream.

Unblocked.
