Fair enough. As these updates are part of several batches meant to deal with pending l10n issues, I happen to sent such unblock request when inappropriate. As an excuse, most of this work is done offline so no reliable source handy to check whether the package is in testing or not. Don't hesitate telling me if such irrelevant requests are a brden for you: I'll then try to adapt my process to avoid sending them for packages not in testing.
