Rebuild packages depending on unversioned libvirt0

Hi,

due to the invalid symbols file in libvirt0 (#536482) some packages have
to be rebuilt to get a properly versioned dependency... here comes the
list.

You should schedule the bin-nmu only once the sparc build of libvirt0
has been uploaded (hence ccing zobel as he takes care of that buildd).
(Or you can handle sparc separately)

wb nmu xenwatch . amd64
wb nmu ocaml-libvirt . alpha amd64 hppa i386 ia64 mips mipsel powerpc sparc
wb nmu virt-top . alpha amd64 hppa i386 ia64 mips mipsel powerpc sparc
wb nmu libsys-virt-perl . alpha amd64 hppa i386 ia64 mips mipsel powerpc sparc
