libbtctl still has two reverse {build-,}dependencies in testing -
gnome-bluetooth and gnome-phone-manager, neither of which is ready to
migrate yet.

gnome-bluetooth is tied in to the imagemagick transition by
obex-data-server and gnome-phone-manager is connected to the krb5
transition via evolution-data-server.
