Thanks for contacting us. kaddressbook depends on libgnokii3, but only
in experimental. Which means it's a really tiny transition; please
upload at your earliest convenience.

Additionally, I'd like to ask that in your upload to unstable, you
rename libgnokii4-dev to libgnokii-dev, and you make it Provide: and
Replace: libgnokii3-dev.
