theoretically no (since icedove-l10n does conflict against icedove <=
2.1), but practically theres no point in using outdated/non-matching
l10n (2.0.0.14-1) with icedove (2.0.0.16-1).

that's why i asked you to not forget icedove-l10n, not meaning you to
force hint it in right now.

packaging was synced with iceweasel-1l0n, that's why it's urgency=low to
have it 10 days in unstable before i ask for freeze exception.
