stable update webpage talks about Debian 4.1r3

(Yes, 4.*1*r3.)

I think there is either a pair of typos in the recent stable update web pages,
or our RM team has unlocked the secret of time travel. (If the latter, I urge
them to share that secret with our security team.)

The title heading is incorrect and that URL 404s.
