binNMU: gdal

Hello RMs,

Please could you binNMU gdal as follows, as it currently depends on
netcdf3 which has been removed from unstable.

gdal_1.5.0-3, Rebuild against libnetcdf4, 1, alpha, amd64, arm, hppa, i386, ia64, powerpc, s390, sparc

I have verified that the build succeeds.

Let me know if this format is incorrect in some way (following
instructions from http://wiki.debian.org/binNMU).
