Sorry, I didn't make it clear that the package was 'sarg', which has version 2.0.5-2 in sarge and version 2.0.7-1 in sid. Both versions contain the file that is not freely licensed (modification is not allowed). Upcoming upstream version 2.0.8 will remove the file. I need to upload a new orig.tar.gz and don't know how to do that for sarge.
