Bug#604429: akregator: opens more than one "certificate check failed" window per feed

If a feed is accessed through https and certificate check fails
(self signed, for example) akregator opens new "certificate check failed"
window every couple of minutes. When I got to work this morning,
akregator and kwin had crashed, but kde panel still showed that
there had been about 180 if them.
