This is the first time I use Reportbug, so sorry if I'm not doing it properly.
I'm on Squeeze and use KDE. When objects are dragged, the Oxygen themed cursor
changes into KDE classic. If I drag a file out of a Dolphin window, for
example, it retains the Oxygen theme only in some areas (everywhere in the grey
frame but not in the Places panel), but everywhere else it changes to KDE
classic (every white space, including the search field). Outside the window, it
still uses Oxygen theme if while dragging I hover over empty spaces in the
Plasma Desktop, but changes to KDE classic if I hover over any Plasma Widget
(Folder View, Analog Clock, including the Panel).

This happens with any window and application where objects can be dragged (i.e.
Kmail, Favourites in Kickoff menu, etc.), but with different changes according
to the area being hovered - in fact, not understanding the technical details
behind these changes, I am unable to identify a clear pattern. Many thanks!
