Bug#576148: konsole: saves "Show in menu" setting only when english language is selected

Hi,

changes of the "Show in menu" setting in the profile manager are only saved 
to config file when konsole is run with english language. When using german 
language this setting is applied but not saved to file and thus lost after
closing konsole. Settings saved in english language are then also available
in german.
