Bug#557424: kdebase-runtime: Please remove pmount recommends

Hi,
I tried to investigate, by kdebase-runtime recommends pmount (and so is
installed by default), but I couldn't find any reference in the code by
grepping for pmount/pumount.
I thus suggest to remove the pmount recommends from kdebase-runtime as
it is apparently not used (anymore) in the code.
