Additional information:
After the freeze the tooltip reports two lines for the interface, the first
one is constant, and the second line is the correct value. The ratio shown on
the graph is in=0% out=100% (this is not what the constant line says).

PS: in 4.3.2 the colors for in and out are no longer swapped, good work :)
