Bug#550620: system-config-printer-kde: "No KCModule Bug" still present
Package: system-config-printer-kde
Version: 4:4.3.2-1
Severity: normal
*** Please type your report below this line ***
Hello,
accordingly to what found in the system-config-printer-kde bug reports I
upgraded python-kde4 (and python-qt4-dbus) from unstable in the attempt to
have a usable printer configuration in KDE4.
However when accessing the Printer Configuration panel from System Setting the
error message reported by Wolfgang Schnitker is still present.
Also, when clicking on the "Printer Configuration" icon in the System Settings
and error window pops up saying: "The password may be incorrect, or the server
may be configured to deny remote administration"; then the "No KCModule Bug" is
shown in the main window.
Since the printer configuration is an essential module, I hope that this bug
will be solved as soon as possible.
Thank you.
