Bug#551661: kde-window-manager: 4.3.2 still has this bug

Hi,

I get this error quite frequently. I want to Alt+Tab to another window and it
switches immediately to anothe window, so I can't actually choose another window.

Also sometimes all applications stop responding to keystrokes. I don't have to
kill kwin but this goes away by itself.
