Bug#552496: kwalletmanager: needs endless to open wallet and consumes up to 100% of one cpu

kwalletmanager needs around 10 minutes to open the wallet after startup and for this time one of my two cpu's
consumes is fully busy with kwallet.
As this makes kwallet pretty useless, this is in my eyes a important bug, and it would be cool to have it fixed.
