Package: korganizer
Version: 4:4.3.1-2
Severity: normal

Korganizer and Kaddressbook shouldn't depend on akonadi-server, because i tried
to edit the control file, remove the akonadi dep, and they were still working.
This is against debian policy, take a look here:
http://www.debian.org/doc/maint-guide/ch-dreq.en.html#s-control

So please remove that dependence.
Thanks

Hi Salvo,

akonadi is one of the "pillar" technologies being KDE 4 and it is here to
stay. The good new is you are not forced to use it, just open System
Settings, go to the "Advanced" panel select "akonadi configuration" and
disable it.

Ana
