Bug#547570: kopete: Kopete cannot connect to ICQ server for some users
It seems to me, that I found a root of a problem
I had common error and I watched a ~/.kde/share/config/kopeterc for
my old kubuntu kopete
In Debian's kopeterc I didn't wind any information about ICQ protocol
configs. so I put this strings

Build=1042
ClientId=266
ClientString=ICQ Client
Country=us
Lang=en
Major=6
Minor=5
Other=0
Point=0
[Jabber]
LocalIP=
LocalPort=8010
in Debian's kopeterc and problem had been sloved
