Should there ever be system services which are autostarted on demand before /usr
is mounted, then dbus-daemon-launch-helper will have to be moved to /lib
(together with dbus-daemon).
This is currently not the case, so it still lives in /usr/lib.
As I wrote, only libdbus-1 was moved to /lib, as there are now applications,
which require libdbus-1 before /usr is mounted.
