Bug#532327: kdebase: Can't start a VNC session if a local session is already running

If I have a local X session running KDE, I can't start a VNC session. The VNC server logfile says:

Connecting to a VNC session that's in this state displays an unresponsive black screen.
The only way I've found to start KDE under VNC is to log out my local KDE session first. If I do that, both the VNC session and the local session will run in parallel.
KDE 3 didn't have this problem: it was possible to start a VNC session at any time.
