From the documentation of debian bugs:
important
a bug which has a major effect on the usability of a package, without rendering
it completely unusable to everyone.
This looks more like a wish for a new feature.

Genius, I cannot click the driver, how does it work?
From Word 4.9 and from X-Windows you have not to get access over a secret code
but you should log on a BIOS connector to load the DLL forward.
