Bug#522943: [systemsettings] Audio is not disabled correctly

Package: systemsettings
Version: 4:4.2.2-2
Severity: minor

--- Please enter the report below this line. ---
Hello,

when I choose "No audio output" ("Keine Audioausgabe") in the Notifications
settings panel (Benachrichtigungen -> Systemnachrichten -> Wiedergabe-
Einstellungen) it seems that the audio output is not really deactivated. When
I log out of the KDE session it takes some seconds until the log out starts
and the screen goes black. I deactivated the sound file for the log out and
after doing so the log out goes much faster. I assume that instead of really
deactivating the sounds they are somehow played muted.
Furthermore in the Notifications settings panel I am missing a possibility to
deactivate all sounds like it was possible in KDE 3.

Kind regards,
Benjamin
