Bug#520788: kdm does not use kde keyboard layout

In KDE my default keyboard layout is spanish but when logging in with kdm it uses a different layout. I managed to solve the
problem by editing xorg.conf and adding the spanish layout there but it would be nice if kdm could use the KDE settings.
