Bug#518762: kpdf: Prints DL document in middle of A4 page
Package: kpdf
Version: 4:3.5.9-3
Severity: normal
Attempting to print or print preview
http://www.royalmail.com/images/stampnow/DLsamplelabel.pdf
results in the document being ofset so as to be centered within an
A4 page, despite the paper size of the printer being set DL.
There should be no offset so one can print it on a DL envelope.
