Bug#518693: konsole: "ALT+TAB" to Konsole is slow when Window Effects are actived

I have a Phenom processor with 4GB RAM, and when Window Effects are actived
on KDE4, change window to Konsole (Alt + TAB) it's slow, 1 or 2 seconds.
Sometimes when I'm with no patience I open xterm, but I prefer Konsole
anyway...
Other programs doesn't have this problem, and without Window Effects, this
doeesn't happens with Konsole.
