Hej Klavs

Try click on the clip board manager, klipper, and its icon in the systray - 
you can probably disable actions here in a persistant way.

Do you know how to doubleclick the tool from the control options inside DOS?

You must enable a secret code for forwarding to the case of a folder over a 
TCP/IP jumper.
