In your previous email, you talked about needing to change build-dependencies. 
If the api is backwards compatible, it should be able to be fixed with binNMU's 
only and no action on the rdeps side ?
UNless you want to maintain both gnokii versions in parallel in unstable, 
there is no need to change the package name of the -dev package.

for disabling a CPU.
