Bug#513921: konqueror-nsplugins: nspluginviewer drains CPU when viewing pages with Flash

nspluginviewer regularly hogs the CPU when visiting a page with
Flash. But even worse, the nspluginviewer process is usually left
behind when the browser tab in question is closed, thus requiring me
to kill it manually.
strace output from the nspluginviewer process amounts to some 300
lines per second of this sort:
