Hello,

/usr/share/dbus-1/interfaces/org.kde.KResourcesManager.xml is shipped
both by kdepimlibs-data 4.1.0 and kdepimlibs5-dev without a Replaces.

Either the move is a mistake (which I'm sensing it could be), or
Replaces are missing.
