Bug#513593: Image monitor.png required by kcm_kwincompositing (screen edges) missing

The compositing kcm uses monitor.png provided by the kdm package (from kdebase/workspace/kcontrol/kdm). If kdm isn't installed (or 
not upgraded to 4.2) there's no image and no possibility to configure screen edges. I guess the image should go into kdebase-data.

I filed a wish upstream to create a common location so this is easier to pick up by packagers in the future:
