Bug#510464: [package arts] No man pages

Hello Debian,

I just installed 'arts' using aptitude install arts.
As for functionality, seems to work perfectly so far.
Great package btw.

However, I got no man page associated with the new shell commands it
installed on my system. So, for example, if I type:

man artsd
or
man artsplay

I don't get a man page.
These pages exist however, at least in part, for instance one of them is
shown here:
http://www.arts-project.org/doc/handbook/artsd.html

(Sorry if this is not the right place to mention this. In man
undocumented (7), it said I should file a bug report.

BTW, the address given in man undocumented (7),  http://bugs.debian.org 
appears to be incorrect; it should've been http://debian.org/Bugs)
