Hi,

the current version of kdeutils-dev is uninstallable in sid
on all architectures.

Please, could you either upload kdelibs_3.5.10 or lower
the required version. The changelog says:

kdeutils (4:3.5.10-1) unstable; urgency=low

   * New upstream release. All the changes, except fix for KDE bug 139774,
     were already provided by the patches:
  ...

It looks like "kdelibs4-dev (>= 4:3.5.9)" should be sufficient.
