Bug#482841: kdm fails to start if desktop-base is not installd

Package: kdm
Version: 4:4.0.74-1
Severity: important

If desktop-base is not installt, kdm only shows an error message "debian-moreblue not found". After installation of desktop-base kdm starts 
normally. This problem could easyly solfed by adding an "depends on" to kdm with desktop base.                                              

This is my first bug report, so correct me if I made mistakes.
I'm not a native speaker.
